Daily notes

Async systems typically enables huge amounts of traffic. Same goes for our brains. Rather than having a long flow to inject each new idea or task, have one inbox for everything and reflect / take action when you have the bandwidth. Ingest, Process, Repeat, and then reflect and do deep thinking at the end of the day.

Interstitial Journaling

In between tasks (Pomodoro or otherwise), take the time to dump your thoughts into a note with a few sentences. Reflect on the task and think about the next item. Don't write down the full task, write down just the first action. Keep it small, keep it safe and let the flow state take over.
